Mr. Alb. Price moved in the Miskell[?] house as his went beyond living in it.

I did a little searching at Ancestry.com and based on the 1930 U.S. Census, Albert Price was born in 1858 in New York.  I believe this is the same Albert Price referenced by Mary on the back of the photo posted here – the one who built the school house.
